There is a 2 pet maximum per apartment home.

THE FOLLOWING DOG BREEDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED:

• Akita
• Bloodhound
• Chow
• Dalmatian
• Doberman Pincher
• German Shepard
• Pit Bull
• Rottweiler
• Staffordshire Terrier
• Standard Poodle

All "mixed/mutt" breeds must have certification from a licensed D.V.M. of the actual breed mix.  Unfortunately, Golf Creek does not accept any mix/mutt breeds containing any of the above listed breeds.

Security deposit is increased by $400.00 and due prior to move in.
